RESTAURANT
We have menu options for those who follow a gluten-free diet and those with food allergies. Our menu also has dishes for vegans and vegetarians.
All our menus are served with a naturally gluten free Ethiopian bread called Injera. ItĀ is a spongy Ethiopian flatbread made with teff flour. Itās used almost like an edible plate; the edges are torn off to scoop up the food piled in the middle.
